Healthy Homemade Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain 2% MF Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) onion powder

  • ¾ tsp (4 mL) dried dill

  • ¼ tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper

  • ¼ tsp (2 mL) salt

  • ¼ tsp (2 mL) black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.

  2. Chill & enjoy: Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for enhanced flavor.

  3. Serve: Use as a dip for fresh veggies or as a dressing for salads like Cobb Salad.
