Healthy Homemade Ranch Dip
Ditch the store-bought dressings and make this easy, protein-packed ranch dip at home! Made with Greek yogurt, it’s creamy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping fresh veggies or drizzling over a salad. Tip: Make it a day ahead to enhance the flavors!


Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) plain 2% MF Greek yogurt
1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 mL) onion powder
¾ tsp (4 mL) dried dill
¼ tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper
¼ tsp (2 mL) salt
¼ tsp (2 mL) black pepper
Instructions
Mix: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
Chill & enjoy: Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
Serve: Use as a dip for fresh veggies or as a dressing for salads like Cobb Salad.

Makes 6 servings (~3 Tbsp per serving, 39 g each).
